Instruction to Fill Application Form Online

• If you are a first time applicant you are advised to click the available programme tab on the homepage of the Online Admission System and select the desired programme and carefully read the details of programme including eligibility criteria, fee details, duration, etc.
• You are also requested to download the Common Prospectus and read carefully the Rules of the University as mentioned in the common prospectus. Click on the button NEW REGISTRATION that appears in the applicant login area and fill the required registration details.

आवेदन पत्र ऑनलाइन भरने के निर्देश :-

यदि आप पहली बार आवेदक हैं तो आपको सलाह दी जाती है कि आप ऑनलाइन प्रवेश प्रणाली के होमपेज पर उपलब्ध कार्यक्रम टैब पर क्लिक करें और वांछित कार्यक्रम का चयन करें और पात्रता मानदंड, शुल्क विवरण, अवधि आदि सहित कार्यक्रम के विवरण को ध्यान से पढ़ें। आपसे यह भी अनुरोध है कि कॉमन प्रॉस्पेक्टस डाउनलोड करें और कॉमन प्रॉस्पेक्टस में उल्लिखित विश्वविद्यालय के नियमों को ध्यान से पढ़ें। "नये पंजीकरण" के लिए बटन पर क्लिक करें ।

1. पंजीकरण के समय कृपया अपना ईमेल और मोबाइल नंबर प्रदान करें। (Please provide your own email and mobile number at the time of registration.)
   • अपना Username चुनते समय याद रखें कि यह 8 से 16 अक्षरों के बीच होना चाहिए। (Remember, while choosing your User Name it must be between 8 to 16 characters.)
   • अपना पासवर्ड चुनते समय यह अल्फ़ान्यूमेरिक और 8 से 16 अक्षरों के बीच का होना चाहिए।(While choosing your password it must be alphanumeric and between 8 to 16 characters long.)
   • अनिवार्य जानकारी भरने के बाद "सबमिट" बटन पर क्लिक करें। (After filling the mandatory information click the "SUBMIT" button.)
   • आपका Username तुरन्त आपको ई-मेल और एसएमएस के माध्यम से भेज दिया जाएगा। (Your username will be instantly sent to you via e-mail and SMS.)
2. अगली बार लॉगइन के लिए अपना उपयोगकर्ता नाम और पासवर्ड याद रखें। (Remember your Username and Password for subsequent login.)
3. यदि आप पहले से पंजीकृत हैं अर्थात आप मौजूदा User हैं तो "LOGIN" बटन पर क्लिक करें। (If you have already registered i.e you are an existing user click the "LOGIN" button.)
4. ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरने से पहले आवेदक के पास निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज होने चाहिए (Before proceeding for filling the form online the applicant must have the following):-
   • स्कैन किया गया फोटोग्राफ (100 KB से कम) (Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB))
   • स्कैन किया गया हस्ताक्षर (100 KB से कम) (Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB))
   • शैक्षिक योग्यता की स्कैन की गई प्रति (200 KB से कम) (Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB))
   • अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र की स्कैन की गई प्रति (यदि कोई हो) (200 KB से कम) (Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB))
   • श्रेणी प्रमाण पत्र की स्कैन की गई प्रति, यदि एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी (200 केबी से कम) (Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200 KB))
5. शुल्क का भुगतान निम्नलिखित तरीकों से किया जा सकता है:(Fee can be paid by the following methods):
   • क्रेडिट कार्ड (मास्टर/वीज़ा) (Credit Card (Master/Visa))
   • डेबिट कार्ड (मास्टर/वीज़ा/रुपे) (Debit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay))
   • नेट बैंकिंग (Net Banking)
   • यूपीआई (UPI)
6. अपने मूल दस्तावेजों से दस्तावेजों को स्कैन करना आवश्यक है। एक बार जब आप दस्तावेज अपलोड कर देते हैं, तो अगला बटन क्लिक करें, आपको फॉर्म पूर्वावलोकन विकल्प मिलेगा। भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए अपना फॉर्म सहेजें/प्रिंट करें। (It is necessary to scan documents from your originals. Once you have uploaded the document, click the next button you will get the Form preview option. Save/Print your form for future reference.)
7. कृपया विवरण सावधानी से भरें। यदि आप अपना फॉर्म भरने के लिए साइबरकैफे की सेवाओं का उपयोग कर रहे हैं, तो कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि विवरण सही ढंग से भरे गए हैं और संबंधित दस्तावेज़ निर्धारित तरीके से अपलोड किए गए हैं। (Please fill up the details carefully. If you are using the services of a cybercafe to fill up your form, please make sure that details are correctly filled up and the relevant documents are uploaded as prescribed.)
